We were the structural engineers on this replacement dwelling in Rosslare. This part two storey 348sq m house overlooks the sea and has a BER Rating of A3. The House was designed by Zeno Winkens of Winkens Architecture.
Tacumshane House
We were the structural engineers on this large house overlooking the sea at Tacumshane. As this house overlooks the sea, the wind pressures on it are very high and accordingly the window units had to be reinforced with steel. The house was designed by its owner, local Architect John Begley.
Rosslare Strand – Two Storey House
This house was built in 2008 by local builder, Mr Liam Byrne. Both the structural design and certification of the house were carried out by John Creed and Associates. The house featured a first floor constructed with precast concrete floor slabs.
Rosslare Strand – Thatched Cottage
John Creed and Associates were engaged as structural engineers on this project. The project involved alteration within and sympathetic to the existing thatched cottage with a new extension to the rear. Work was carried out by local contactors Bawn Developments The Architects were Cathal Crimmins Architects from Blackrock.
