The Burrow
We were the structural engineers on this replacement dwelling in Rosslare. This part two storey 348sq m house overlooks the sea and has a BER Rating of A3. The House was designed by Zeno Winkens of Winkens Architecture.
The Paddocks
This estate was developer by local developer Kevin Thorpe in 2005 / 2006 and involved the construction of a small development of 8 houses. Our role included the attenuation design for the 1 in 30 and 1 in 100 year storms and the design of the surface and foul drainage.

Tacumshane House
We were the structural engineers on this large house overlooking the sea at Tacumshane. As this house overlooks the sea, the wind pressures on it are very high and accordingly the window units had to be reinforced with steel. The house was designed by its owner, local Architect John Begley.
Wexford Inner Relief Road Phase 2
John Creed acted as Resident Engineer (sometimes called the Employers Representative) on the second phase of the Wexford Town Inner Relief Road connecting the County Hall across to the Old Hospital Road and to the Ferrycarrig Road in 2012 / 2013.
Roche Freight
John Creed and Associates designed the large attenuation pond on the Rochefreight site that was constructed in 2016. The pond covers almost an acre and can hold up to 5000 cubic metres of surface water. It is lined with a welded 2mm HDPE membrane that keeps the pond watertight.
