John Creed and Associates were the structural engineers on this five storey apartment block in New Ross which was built in the early 2000s. It is a masonry (blockwork) structure with precast concrete floors. As the underlying bedrock was sloping steeply  towards the River Barrow, over 100 ‘Odex’ type drilled piles were used and socketed into the rock. The development was built by Co Wexford builder, Goff Construction.
